Prior to joining Seabury Venture Partners, Jodi Allison was employed by E-TEK Dynamics as the Executive Assistant to the Chairman, CEO & President. During her time at E-TEK, Jodi performed a variety of tasks and functions including assisting in many high-level deals and transactions, including the company's IPO, secondary offering, and mergers and acquisitions. E-TEK Dynamics Inc., located in San Jose, California, was one of the leading innovators in the rapidly growing fiber optic industry.

Preceding E-TEK, Jodi was employed at Oracle Corporation for 12 years, where she held a variety of positions in sales, marketing, and office management.

Jodi is also a Program Associate for the Fitzpatrick Foundation, a private foundation established by Michael J. and Patricia W. Fitzpatrick. The broad purpose of the foundation is to support elementary and secondary school
programs for students and educators, with a particular emphasis on serving economically disadvantaged youth in Northern California.
