Prior to becoming a General Partner in Seabury Venture Partners, Patricia Fitzpatrick was the owner of The Design Source, an interior design and space planning company in California.

Patty is also President of the Fitzpatrick Foundation, a private foundation she established with her husband Michael to support elementary and secondary school programs for students and educators. The foundation has an emphasis on serving economically disadvantaged youth in Northern California.

Earlier in her career, Patty was the Director of Training and Development for over 5000 non-medical employees at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Prior to that, she was an Executive Trainer at Abraham and Straus in New York.

Patty is a graduate of Duke University. She and her husband Michael have three children.
